As a Front of House Team Member at Metric, you will be one of the first points of contact for our members and guests. You’ll help create a welcoming, friendly and professional environment, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the club.
This role needs you to take responsibility for the smooth running of the front of house operation during your shifts, ensuring our members and guests receive a consistently warm, professional and engaging experience.

Whether you’re a regular golfer, completely new to the game or somewhere in between, we want Metric to feel like a place you belong.That experience starts with our people.

Each team member has a role to play in creating the experience. That means we’re looking for people who are happy to get involved, take ownership and help wherever they’re needed. One day might involve welcoming a new member; the next could mean making coffees, helping with an event, answering a golf question or making sure the club is looking its best.

You don’t need to be a golf professional to work at Metric, but you do need to have a genuine interest in the game.
We want our team to understand what makes golf great and be able to talk confidently with our members and guests about their experience. Whether you’re already a regular golfer, have a handicap and membership, or are simply passionate about the game and keen to learn more, your enthusiasm matters.
